We have developed a novel technique for the measurement of size avalanche fluctuations gaseous detectors using gating device (gating foil) prepared time projection chamber in international linear collider experiment (ILD-TPC). The signal charge width and shape (skewness) electron–ion pairs created by pulsed UV laser as function transmission rate can be used determine relative variance gain single electrons. present principle result obtained stack electron multipliers (GEMs) operated mixture Ar-CF4 (3%)-isobutane (2%) at atmospheric pressure. Also discussed influence on spatial resolution ILD-TPC.
